Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

Our service consists of the individual application and processing of a personal driving license translation for you with the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF). The translation is applied for and prepared separately for each customer on the basis of the data and documents you provide.

Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely once we have begun performing the contract at your express request and your individual application has been submitted to the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF). From that point onward, binding and irreversible costs arise; withdrawal, cancellation, or return is then no longer possible.

Your Consent When Ordering

By placing your order, you expressly request that we begin processing before the withdrawal period expires. You confirm that you have been informed that your right of withdrawal expires once your application has been submitted to the JAF.
